We arrived at Tokyo airport at around 4 pm local time.  I had a bit of  difficulty going through customs as I had mistakenly filled out my enterance form in pencil instead of pen but I managed to get through.   At the waiting zone for our connecting flight to osaka we had our first encounter with Japanese toilets and they are every bit as weird as we were told.  We met an interesting person while waiting for the plane, he taught us some modern Japanese dancing.
